To provide a heat insulation structure of a heat insulation panel which reduces a warpage return of the heat insulation panel even when the heat insulation panel having some unintended warpage is used and which is excellent in surface appearance, and a construction method of the heat insulation panel.SOLUTION: A heat insulation structure is provided with a heat insulation panel on a base wall of a building, the heat insulation panel is formed by laminating and integrating face materials on both surfaces of a foam and has at least one slit on at least one surface of the heat insulation panel.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
