METHOD FOR INSTALLING LARGE BOTTOMED TUBULAR BODY AND LARGE BOTTOMED TUBULAR BODY
To provide a method for installing a large bottomed tubular body having a housing that can be installed underground in a relatively short time, is low in cost, has a small occupied plane space, and is not easily influenced by ground structures and facilities, and to provide the large bottomed tubular body.SOLUTION: The present invention comprises steps of: vertically press-fitting a tubular body into the ground while discharging the soil from inside the large tubular body 1; pouring ready-mixed concrete 40 into a recess formed by recessing downward from a lower end of the tubular body; disposing a bottom lid 10 having a filling hole for filling mortar 42 below the lower surface outside the bottom lid, near the lower end of the tubular body, after filling the lower recess of the pipe tubular body with ready-mixed concrete; filling the mortar 42 through the filling hole into a gap between the bottom surface of the bottom lid after the filling of the ready-mixed concrete and a ready-mixed concrete placing portion with the bottom lid 10 disposed near the lower end of the tubular body 1; and welding an outer edge of the bottom lid and an inner wall surface of the tubular body to join the tubular body and the bottom lid. Large enclosures can be built in a short period of time in areas where water has penetrated the ground.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
【課題】比較的短期で地下設置可能であり、低コスト、占有平面スペースが小さく地上構築物や設備に左右されにくい筐体の大型有底管体の建込み方法及び大型有底管体を提供する。【解決手段】大型の管本体1の内側の土を排出しながら該管本体を地中に鉛直方向に圧入する工程と、管本体の下端から下方に凹んで形成された凹部内に生コンクリート40を投入する工程と、底蓋の下面外部下方にモルタル42を充填する際の充填孔付きの底蓋10であり、管本体の下方凹部に生コンクリートを充填後に、管本体の下端近傍に配置する工程と、底蓋10を管本体1の下端近傍に配置した状態で生コンクリート充填後の底蓋下面と生コンクリート打設部との空隙に充填孔を介してモルタル42を充填する工程と、底蓋の外縁と管本体の内壁面とを溶接して管本体と底蓋とを接合する工程とを含み、地中に水の浸入がある地域で大型筐体を短期に構築し得る。【選択図】図10
