SLIDING BASE ISOLATION BEARING STRUCTURE DURING CONSTRUCTION, AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD FOR BASE ISOLATION BUILDING
To provide a sliding base isolation bearing structure during construction and a construction method of a base isolation building capable of reducing construction labor and easily erecting a steel beam between steel columns even by tolerance accumulation.SOLUTION: In a sliding base isolation bearing structure 100 at the time of construction constituted by a lower structure 20 and an upper structure 30 of a building, a sliding base isolating device 10 interposed therebetween, and fixing jigs 50, 50A, the sliding base isolation device 10 includes: an upper shoe 1 and a lower shoe 2 having sliding surfaces having curvatures; and a steel slider 3 arranged between the upper shoe 1 and the lower shoe 2 and having upper and lower surfaces having curvatures. The lower shoe 2 is mounted on the lower structure 20 without being fixed by bolts while the upper structure 30 is mounted on the upper shoe 1 without being fixed by bolts, and the upper shoe 1 and the lower shoe 2 are temporarily fixed in a state in which relative movement is regulated by a plurality of fixing jigs 50, 50A.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】施工手間が低減され、公差累積によっても鉄骨柱間に鉄骨梁を容易に建て込むことを可能とした、施工時の滑り免震支承構造、及び免震建物の施工方法を提供すること。【解決手段】建物の下部構造体20及び上部構造体30と、それらの間に介在する滑り免震装置10と、固定治具50,50Aと、により構成される施工時の滑り免震支承構造100であって、滑り免震装置10は、曲率を有する摺動面を備えている上沓1及び下沓2と、上沓1と下沓2の間に配設され、曲率を有する上面と下面を備えている鋼製のスライダー3と、を有し、下部構造体20に対して下沓2がボルト固定されずに載置されているのみであり、上沓1に対して上部構造体30がボルト固定されずに載置されているのみであり、上沓1と下沓2が、複数の固定治具50,50Aにより相対移動が規制された状態で仮固定されている。【選択図】図1
