RECYCLED ASPHALT MIXTURE PRODUCTION METHOD AND RECYCLED ASPHALT MIXTURE PRODUCTION DEVICE
To provide a recycled asphalt mixture production method and recycled asphalt mixture capable of exhibiting more excellent durability.SOLUTION: A recycled asphalt is produced by heating and mixing a new heat-melted asphalt c and a recycling additive d and/or a workability improving agent in a mixing pot 3. Next, a first recycled aggregate a having a particle size of 5 mm or less is put into the mixing pot 3 and heated and mixed to produce an asphalt mortar e. Three kinds of material can be uniformly mixed by heating and mixing a stirring blade 4 for 10 minutes to 1 hour in the mixing pot 3. A second recycled aggregate b and/or a new coarse aggregate f and the asphalt mortar e having a particle size of more than 13 mm to 5 mm are put into a mixer 8, and a recycled asphalt mixture A is produced by stirring and mixing with a stirring blade 9. Additionally, a stone powder, a filler, and the new asphalt c that may be running short can be supplied into the mixer 8.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】より優れた耐久性を発揮できる再生アスファルト混合物の製造方法及び再生アスファルト混合物を提供する。【解決手段】加熱溶融した新規のアスファルトｃと再生用添加剤ｄ及び／または施工性改善剤とを、混合釜３内で加熱混合することで再生用アスファルトを製造する。次に、粒径５ｍｍ以下の第一の再生骨材ａを混合釜３内に投入して加熱混合し、アスファルトモルタルｅを製造する。混合釜３内で、攪拌羽根４を１０分〜１時間加熱混合することで３種の材料を均一に混合できる。粒径１３ｍｍ〜５ｍｍ超の第二の再生骨材ｂ及び／または新規の粗骨材ｆとアスファルトモルタルｅとをミキサー８に投入し、攪拌羽根９で攪拌混合して再生アスファルト混合物Ａを製造する。また、ミキサー８内には石粉、フィラー、不足する新規のアスファルトｃを供給してもよい。【選択図】図１
