RECYCLED ASPHALT MIXTURE PRODUCTION METHOD AND RECYCLED ASPHALT MIXTURE PRODUCTION DEVICE
To provide a recycled asphalt mixture production method and recycled asphalt mixture capable of exhibiting more excellent durability.SOLUTION: A recycled asphalt is produced by heating and mixing a new heat-melted asphalt c and a recycling additive d and/or a workability improving agent in a mixing pot 3. Next, a first recycled aggregate a having a particle size of 5 mm or less is put into the mixing pot 3 and heated and mixed to produce an asphalt mortar e. Three kinds of material can be uniformly mixed by heating and mixing a stirring blade 4 for 10 minutes to 1 hour in the mixing pot 3. A second recycled aggregate b and/or a new coarse aggregate f and the asphalt mortar e having a particle size of more than 13 mm to 5 mm are put into a mixer 8, and a recycled asphalt mixture A is produced by stirring and mixing with a stirring blade 9. Additionally, a stone powder, a filler, and the new asphalt c that may be running short can be supplied into the mixer 8.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
