HORIZONTAL ROOFING MATERIAL AND PARTIAL REPLACEMENT METHOD OF ROOFING MATERIAL IN ROOF STRUCTURE CONSTRUCTED USING HORIZONTAL ROOFING MATERIAL

Abstract

To provide a horizontal roofing material allowing partial roofing material replacement in an existing roof structure, while having high strength of connection between the roofing materials, and a partial replacement method of the roofing material in a roof structure constructed using the horizontal roofing material.SOLUTION: In a horizontal roofing material, one edge in a width direction of a board material body is engaged with an upstream clip via a ridge side seam part, and the other edge in the width direction is linked with a downstream clip via an eaves side seam part to construct a roof structure. The ridge side seam part is formed of a pull-out preventing pawl part connected to an edge in the width direction of the board material body, a side wall part connected to the pawl part, and a folding piece configured with a tongue piece cantilever-supported at an upper end of the side wall part. The eaves side seam part is formed of a suspending wall held in suspension at an edge in the width direction of the board material body, and a folding piece configured with a tongue piece cantilever-supported at a lower end of the suspending wall.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

【課題】既に構築された屋根構造体において屋根材の部分交換を可能とし、かつ、屋根材同士の連結強度が高い横葺き屋根材およびその横葺き屋根材を用いて構築された屋根構造体における屋根材の部分交換方法を提案する。【解決手段】板材本体の幅方向の一方の端縁を棟側ハゼ部を介して水上側に位置する吊子に嵌合させるとともに、該幅方向のもう一方の端縁を軒側ハゼ部を介して水下側に位置する吊子に連係させることにより屋根構造体を構築する横葺き屋根材において、前記棟側ハゼ部を、前記板材本体の幅方向の端縁につながる抜け止め爪部と、該爪部につながる側壁部と、該側壁部の上端部に片持ち支持される舌片にて構成された折返し片からなるものとし、前記軒側ハゼ部を、該板材本体の幅方向の端縁に垂下保持される垂下壁と、該垂下壁の下端に片持ち支持される舌片にて構成された折返し片からなるものとする。【選択図】図１
