To provide a construction method and construction system capable of improving construction flexibility in a revolutionary manner.SOLUTION: A three-dimensional construction method includes: installing a first, second, and third pillars 2A, 2B; installing a first, second, and third pulleys 5A, 5B on the first, second, and third pillars 2A, 2B, respectively; installing a first, second, and third rope winding machines 4A, 4B at positions on the first, second, and third pillars lower by a predetermined distance than positions at which the first, second, and third pulleys are installed; passing a first, second, and third ropes 3A, 3B through the first, second, and third pulleys, respectively, the first, second, and third ropes having one ends connected to the first, second, and third rope winding machines, respectively, and the other ends connected to a worker 6's wearing tool; and controlling a sending-out and winding-up lengths and sending-out and winding-up speed of each of the first, second, and third ropes of the first, second, and third rope winding machines so that the worker can move to a desired position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
