To provide an unprecedented construction method and construction system capable of improving construction flexibility in a revolutionary manner.SOLUTION: A three-dimensional construction method for performing construction in a three-dimensional space includes: installing a first and second pulleys 5A, 5B at a predetermined interval in an approximately horizontal direction of the same or different structures 21; installing a first and second rope winding machines 4A, 4B at positions on the structures 21 lower by a predetermined distance than positions at which the first and second pulleys 5A, 5B are installed; passing a first and second ropes 3A, 3B through the first and second pulleys 5A, 5B, respectively, the first and second ropes 3A, 3B having one ends connected to the first and second rope winding machines 4A, 4B, respectively, and the other ends connected to a worker 6's wearing tool; and controlling a sending-out and winding-up lengths and sending-out and winding-up speed of each of the first and second ropes 3A, 3B.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
