METHOD FOR REPAIRING DECORATIVE SHEET SURFACE
To provide a method for repairing a degraded decorative sheet surface that has degraded due to an elapse of a long time or environmental conditions by formation of a coat layer on the surface of the degraded decorative sheet in a decorative sheet used for being stuck to a surface of a decorative member, and for regenerating or extending a life of the decorative member.SOLUTION: A method for repairing a decorative sheet surface includes polishing a surface of a portion to be repaired of a decorative sheet surface and removing a constant amount of a surface protective layer, exposing a thermoplastic resin layer, and then providing a base coat layer for repair and a top coat layer for repair in this order, in which the base coat layer for repair formed of a turpentine-soluble two-liquid epoxy resin is formed with a thickness of 5-100 μm, and the top coat layer for repair containing any one resin of a fluorine-based resin, an acrylic resin, a silicon-based resin and an urethane-based resin as a main component is formed with a thickness of 5-100 μm.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】化粧部材の表面に貼り合せて用いられる化粧シートにおいて、施工してから年月が経ち、あるいは環境条件によって劣化した化粧シートの表面にコート層を形成することで、劣化した化粧シート表面を補修し、化粧部材を再生または延命する方法を提供することを課題とする。【解決手段】補修は、化粧シート表面の補修をしようとする部分に対し、表面を研磨して表面保護層を一定量除去し、熱可塑性樹脂層を露出させて後、補修用ベースコート層、および補修用トップコート層をこの順で設けるものであり、補修用ベースコート層には、ターペン可溶の２液型エポキシ樹脂からなる補修用ベースコート層を、５〜１００μｍの厚さで形成し、補修用トップコート層には、フッ素系、アクリル系、シリコン系、ウレタン系のいずれかの樹脂を主成分とする補修用トップコート層を、５〜１００μｍの厚さで形成することを特徴とする、化粧シート表面の補修方法である。【選択図】図１
