To provide a decorative sheet having an uneven pattern thereon which replenishes a top coat resin layer to a projection where the top coat resin layer tends to be thin, and thereby is excellent in surface performance and weather resistance, and a method for manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: A decorative sheet 2 has a printing base material layer 3, a pattern layer 4, a transparent resin uneven layer 5, and a top coat resin layer 6 in this order, in which the top coat resin layer is thinly formed in the projection of the transparent resin uneven layer and is thickly formed in a recess thereof, and a repair top coat resin layer 7 is partially provided in the projection so as to cover the surface of a thinly formed top coat resin layer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】本発明の解決しようとする課題は、表面に凹凸模様を有する化粧シートにおいて、トップコート樹脂層が薄くなりがちな凸部にトップコート樹脂層を補充することにより、表面性能や耐候性に優れた化粧シート並びにこの製造方法を提案するものである。【解決手段】印刷基材層３、絵柄層４、透明樹脂凹凸層５、トップコート樹脂層６をこの順序に有する化粧シート２において、前記トップコート樹脂層が、前記透明樹脂凹凸層の凸部においては薄く、凹部においては厚く形成されており、この凸部において薄く形成されたトップコート樹脂層表面を覆うように補修トップコート樹脂層７が部分的に設けられていることを特徴とする化粧シートである。【選択図】図１
