SPRAYING REPAIR STRUCTURE AND SPRAYING REPAIR METHOD OF CHIMNEY INNER WALL SURFACE
To provide a spraying repair structure capable of attaching a stud metal fitting to a repair part on an inner wall surface of a chimney in a projecting state by work from the outside of the chimney, and effectively repairing the repair part on the inner wall surface of the chimney.SOLUTION: An inner projection part 12a of a stud metal fitting 12 which is placed by passing through a peripheral wall 51 of a chimney 50 is buried with a predetermined projected length inside a spraying hardening material 11 which is sprayed. The stud metal fitting 12 comprises a rotary overhang locking piece 13 rotatably coupled to the inner projection part 12a, and rotating from a state where it is arranged along an axial direction of an anchor bolt 12 to be overhung toward the side of the inner projection part 12a. The stud metal fitting 12 is fixed between the rotary overhang locking piece 13 which is overhung toward both sides of the inner projection part 12a inside the chimney 50 and a fastening member 14 which is fastened to an outer projection part 12b of the anchor bolt 12 outside the chimney 50 by sandwiching a peripheral wall 51 of the chimney 50.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】スタッド金物を、煙突の外側からの作業によって、煙突の内壁面の補修箇所に突出させた状態で取り付けることを可能にして、煙突の内壁面の補修箇所を効果的に補修できる吹付け補修構造を提供する。【解決手段】吹き付けられた吹付け硬化材11の内部には、煙突50の周壁51を貫通して設置されたスタッド金物12の、内側突出部12aが所定の突出長さで埋設される。スタッド金物12は、内側突出部12aに回転可能に連結されると共に、アンカーボルト12の軸方向に沿って配置された状態から回転して、内側突出部12aの側方に張り出す回転張出し係止片13を備えている。スタッド金物12は、煙突50の内側において内側突出部12aの両側に張り出した回転張出し係止片13と、煙突50の外側においてアンカーボルト12の外側突出部12bに締着された締着部材14との間に、煙突50の周壁51を挟み込んだ状態で固定される。【選択図】図1
