PRECAST CONCRETE MEMBER MANUFACTURING METHOD AND FORMWORK
To provide a precast concrete member manufacturing method which can manufacture a precast concrete member having a recess without restraining the concrete with a formwork.SOLUTION: A formwork 1 having a surface formwork 3 and a protruding formwork 5 that is installed on the surface formwork 3, being elastic and separate from the surface formwork 3, is used to place concrete 17 on the protruding formwork 5 side of the surface formwork 3. After the concrete 17 is cured, the surface formwork 3 and the protruding formwork 5 are removed. The protruding formwork 5 is deformed and moved according to the contraction and movement of the concrete 17 in the manufacturing process of a precast concrete member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】型枠によってコンクリートを拘束すること無く、凹部を有するプレキャストコンクリート部材を製造できるプレキャストコンクリート部材の製造方法等を提供する。【解決手段】面型枠3と、面型枠3に設置され、弾性を有し面型枠3とは別体である突起型枠5と、を有する型枠1を用い、面型枠3の突起型枠5側にコンクリート17を打設する。コンクリート17の硬化後、面型枠3と突起型枠5を脱型する。突起型枠5は、プレキャストコンクリート部材の製造過程におけるコンクリート17の収縮や移動に応じて変形、移動する。【選択図】図5
