MANUFACTURING METHOD OF ASPHALT MIXTURE
To provide an asphalt mixture manufacturing method that can suppress noise, vibration, dust, etc., and can be also expected to improve efficiency of recycling waste materials.SOLUTION: A waste material block dug up in a road construction is put into a primary crusher 1 to be primarily crushed, and then the waste material block discharged from this primary crusher 1 is put into a secondary crusher 3 to be secondly crushed. Then, an entire amount of the waste material mass discharged from the secondary crusher 3 is supplied, with original particle sizes thereof maintained, to a waste material dryer 6 without being circulated and supplied to the secondary crusher 3. Then, in the waste material dryer 6, the supplied waste material mass is cut by a waste material mass shredding body provided projectingly on an inner drum wall while being heated by radiant heat of a burner flame formed in a former half part of a drum 7, and then raised and dropped with raising blades in a latter half of the drum 7 so as to be heated and crushed by applying impact force while being exposed to hot air from the burner 13.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 騒音や振動、粉塵等を抑制できると共に、廃材の再生処理効率の向上を期待できるアスファルト混合物の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】 道路工事により掘り起こされた廃材塊を一次破砕機1に投入して一次破砕し、次いでこの一次破砕機1より排出される廃材塊を二次破砕機3に投入して二次破砕する。そして、前記二次破砕機3より排出される廃材塊の全量を二次破砕機3に循環供給せずにそのままの粒径で廃材ドライヤ6に供給する。そして、前記廃材ドライヤ6では供給した廃材塊をドラム7内前半部に形成したバーナ火炎の輻射熱で加熱しながらドラム内壁に突設した廃材塊切り崩し体にて切り崩した後、ドラム7内後半部の掻き上げ羽根にて掻き上げ・落下させてバーナ13からの熱風に晒しながら衝撃力を与えることで加熱解砕する。【選択図】 図1
