DIMMING FILM, DIMMER USING THE SAME, AND LAMINATED GLASS
To provide a dimming film that does not cause a liquid crystal to deteriorate for a long period and can maintain designability by switching haze at least for two stages even if the dimming film is applied to laminated glass or the like having an interlayer, and to provide a dimmer using the dimming film, and laminated glass.SOLUTION: A dimming film has a liquid crystal layer, and a transparent conductive layer and a transparent film base material on surfaces in both sides of the liquid crystal layer in this order, and can switch haze (white turbidity) according to voltage applied to the liquid crystal layer through the transparent conductive layer at least by two stages. In the dimming film, a side face of the liquid crystal layer is sealed by a sealing material that is resistant to concentrated sulfuric acid, and a voltage retention rate of a mixture of a liquid crystal for forming the liquid crystal layer and the sealing material is equal to or more than 80%. A dimmer and laminated glass use the dimming film.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】中間膜を備える合わせガラス等に適用しても、長期間液晶の劣化がなく、2段階以上のヘイズの切り替えによる意匠性を維持できる調光フィルム、及びそれを用いた調光装置並びに合わせガラスを提供すること。【解決手段】液晶層と、前記液晶層の両側の面に、透明導電層と透明性フィルム基材とをこの順に備え、前記透明導電層を通して前記液晶層に印加する電圧に応じてヘイズ(白濁度)を2段階以上に切り替えることができる調光フィルムであって、前記液晶層の側面は濃硫酸に耐性がある封止材で封止されており、前記液晶層を成す液晶と前記封止材との混合物の電圧保持率が80%以上である調光フィルム、及びそれを用いた調光装置並びに合わせガラスとする。【選択図】図1
