The present invention relates to a device to fixate an insulator of an aluminum mold and, more specifically, relates to a device to fixate an insulator of a mold, capable of easily removing a fixing pin and a fixing frame together when separating the fixing frame and a formboard, as well as preventing moisture, by preventing placed concrete from flowing into a gap between a Styrofoam piece and the fixing frame by attaching the fixing frame and the Styrofoam piece to each other. The present invention comprises: a metal frame including an insulator placed on an upper surface and a side surface of a corner part to construct a ceiling and a wall through a concrete placement; a fixing pin part having an end screwed with the side of the metal frame, and having the other end penetrating the insulator when the ceiling and the wall are constructed by placing concrete in a state in which the mold is installed in a bottom of the ceiling and an outer surface of the wall; and a fixing part attaching the insulator to the metal frame by inserting the insulator, placed on the side of the metal frame, into the fixing pin part as well as preventing the placed concrete from flowing into a gap between the insulator and the metal frame by pressing the insulator placed on the upper surface.
본 발명은 알루미늄 거푸집의 단열재 고정장치에 관한 것으로, 특히 콘크리트를 타설시 알루미늄 재질의 고정틀과 스치로폴 사이가 간단하면서도 긴밀하게 밀착될 수 있도록 하여 타설되는 콘크리트가 이들 사이로 유입됨이 없어 습기가 발생되지 않도록 함과 아울러, 형틀과 고정틀을 탈거시 고정핀이 고정틀과 함게 용이하게 제거될 수 있도록 한 거푸집의 단열재 고정장치에 관한 것으로서, 이는 콘크리트의 타설에 의해 벽면과 천정면이 시공될 수 있도록 하기 위한 모서리 부분이 되는 지점의 측면과 상면에 단열재가 위치하는 금속틀을 갖추어주고, 천정면이 저면이 되는 지점과 벽면의 외면이 되는 지점에 거푸집을 설치한 상태에서 콘크리트를 타설하여 벽면과 천정면을 시공시 상기 금속틀의 측면에 일단이 나선체결 되고 타단 부분은 단열재를 관통하도록 하는 고정핀부와; 상기 금속틀의 측면에 위치한 단열재를 관통한 고정핀부에 끼움 고정되는 상태로 하여 측면의 단열재를 금속틀에 긴밀히 밀착시켜 줄 수 있도록 함과 아울러, 상면에 위치한 단열재를 긴밀히 눌러주어 금속틀과 단열재 사이에 타설되는 콘크리트가 유입되지 않도록 하는 고정부로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 한다.
