TUNNEL LINING CONCRETE PIECE EXFOLIATION PREVENTION STRUCTURE AND EXFOLIATION PREVENTION METHOD THEREOF
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tunnel lining concrete piece exfoliation prevention structure and an exfoliation prevention method thereof, optimal for preventing exfoliation of a tunnel lining concrete piece, having a self fire-extinction property, a non-fire spread property, and also safety from gas generation in combustion, besides an ordinary concrete piece exfoliation prevention function.SOLUTION: A tunnel lining concrete piece exfoliation prevention structure comprises a backing adjustment layer formed by coating epoxy resin polymer cement mortar with an organic material component quantity of 1-30 wt.% on a concrete surface and hardening the epoxy resin polymer cement mortar, a reinforcement layer that includes an epoxy resin composition containing an epoxy resin, a hardening agent, and aluminum hydroxide on the backing adjustment layer, and is formed by coating a reinforcement layer adhesive with an organic material component quantity of 40-60 wt.%, affixing a reinforcing mesh sheet, and hardening the reinforcement layer adhesive, and a finish coat layer formed by coating aqueous silicone resin paint with an organic material component quantity of 50 wt.% or less on the reinforcement layer and hardening the coating aqueous silicone resin paint, where the total organic material component quantity is 25-50 wt.%.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】通常のコンクリート片剥落防止性能の他に自己消火性及び非延焼性さらには燃焼時の発生ガスの安全性を有し、トンネル覆工コンクリート片の剥落防止に最適なトンネル覆工コンクリート片剥落防止構造及びこの剥落防止工法を提供する。【解決手段】コンクリート表面に有機材料成分量が1〜30重量%のエポキシ樹脂ポリマーセメントモルタルを塗布して硬化させて成る下地調整層と、該下地調整層の上にエポキシ樹脂と硬化剤と水酸化アルミニウムを含むエポキシ樹脂組成物から成り有機材料成分量が40〜60重量%の補強層用接着剤を塗付して補強用メッシュシートを貼り付け、補強層用接着剤が硬化して成る補強層と、該補強層の上に有機材料成分量が50重量%以下の水性シリコーン樹脂塗料を塗付して硬化させて成る上塗り層とから成り、全体として有機材料成分量が25〜50重量%であることを特徴とするトンネル覆工コンクリート片剥落防止構造である。【選択図】なし
