To provide a tunnel lining concrete piece exfoliation prevention structure and this exfoliation prevention method, which impregnates and reinforces cracks on the concrete surface, has self-extinguishing property and non-fire-spreading property, and also has safety of gas generated during combustion.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a tunnel lining concrete piece exfoliation prevention structure is characterized by comprising an impregnated primer layer obtained by applying an impregnated primer containing a liquid epoxy resin to a concrete surface and curing it, a reinforcing layer containing liquid epoxy resin, reactive diluent, amine-based curing agent, aluminum hydroxide, silica sand, and pigment on this, in which a color tone of a color sample book of the Japan Paint Manufacturers Association is N25 or more and N60 or less, a reinforcing layer adhesive composition having an organic material component content of 40 to 60% by weight is applied, a reinforcing mesh sheet is laid down, and the reinforcing layer adhesive composition is cured, and furthermore, a topcoat layer that is cured by applying a water-based silicone resin paint on top of this, and an amount of organic material components of 50 to 70% by weight, and this exfoliation prevention method.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】コンクリート表面のひび割れに含浸して補強し、自己消火性及び非延焼性、さらには燃焼時の発生ガスの安全性を有するトンネル覆工コンクリート片剥落防止構造及びこの剥落防止工法を提供する。【解決手段】コンクリート表面に液状エポキシ樹脂を含む含浸プライマーを塗付して硬化させた含浸プライマー層と、この上に液状エポキシ樹脂と反応性希釈剤とアミン系硬化剤と水酸化アルミニウムと硅砂と顔料を含み色調が日本塗料工業会の色見本帳の番号がN25以上N60以下で有機材料成分量が40〜60重量%の補強層用接着剤組成物を塗付して補強用メッシュシートが伏せ込まれて補強層用接着剤組成物が硬化して成る補強層と、さらにこの上に水性シリコーン樹脂塗料を塗付して硬化させた上塗り層とから成り、有機材料成分量が50〜70重量%であることを特徴とするトンネル覆工コンクリート片剥落防止構造及びこの剥落防止工法である。【選択図】なし
