To efficiently and easily perform a sticking work of an exterior wall material.SOLUTION: A partition metal fitting 11 for sticking an exterior wall of a building is a metal fitting used in a sticking work of an exterior wall material 50 of an eaves soffit part 8 and a window periphery part 9 of a building 1, includes a partition plate 21 which is mounted on an outer surface of an upper end 27 of an exterior wall material 50 and extends in a vertical direction Z along the exterior wall, a horizontal bending part 22 which is bent inward by a thickness T of the exterior wall material 50 from a base end of the partition plate 21 and extends in a horizontal direction Y, and an inclination bending part 23 which has such spring property as to bend an end of the horizontal bending part 22 to the oblique outer side and comes its end 25a in contact with an upper end face 27a of the exterior wall material 50, in which the partition metal fitting 11 is composed of an after-installation insertion type partition metal fitting mounted after the exterior wall material 50 has been installed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】外壁材の張り仕舞い工事を効率良く簡単に行えるようにする。【解決手段】本発明の建物外壁の張り仕舞い用見切り金具１１は、建物１の軒天部８や窓周り部９の外壁材５０の張り仕舞い工事に使用される見切り金具であって、外壁材５０の上端部２７の外面に宛がわれる、外面に沿った垂直方向Ｚに延びる見切り板２１と、見切り板２１の基端部から外壁材５０の厚みＴ分、内方に折り曲げて水平方向Ｙに延びる水平折曲げ部２２と、水平折曲げ部２２の終端を斜め外方に折り返し、その先端２５ａを外壁材５０の上端面２７ａに当接させるバネ性を有する傾斜折曲げ部２３と、を備え、上記見切り金具１１は外壁材５０の設置後に取り付けられる後付け挿込み式の見切り金具によって構成されている。【選択図】 図２
