QUICK HARDENING MATERIAL AND CEMENT COMPOSITION
To provide a quick hardening material which is hard to solidify at the stage of mixing with water or a setting regulator, but shows a quick progress of hardening after mixing with cement kneaded with water.SOLUTION: A quick hardening material of the invention includes calcium aluminate and a salt of carboxylic acid having 1 to 10 carbon atoms. And a cement composition containing this quick hardening material and cement is obtained. Wherein, the salt of carboxylic acid having 1 to 10 carbon atoms is preferably calcium acetate, calcium formate, or the like. The molar ratio of CaO/AlOin calcium aluminate is preferably 1.0 or more and 3.0 or less. Further, the quick hardening material preferably contains gypsum.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】水や凝結調整剤と調合した段階では固まりにくいが、水で練ったセメントと混合した後には速やかに硬化が進行する急硬材を提供する。【解決手段】カルシウムアルミネートと、炭素数１以上１０以下のカルボン酸の塩とを含む急硬材。また、この急硬材とセメントとを含むセメント組成物。ここで、炭素数１以上１０以下のカルボン酸の塩は、好ましくは、酢酸カルシウム、ギ酸カルシウム等である。また、カルシウムアルミネート中のＣａＯ／Ａｌ２Ｏ３モル比は好ましくは１．０以上３．０以下である。さらに、急硬材は、石膏を含むことが好ましい。【選択図】なし
