To provide an operation mechanism of a work vehicle capable of restricting an operation portion from disturbing a worker's movement.SOLUTION: An operation mechanism of a work vehicle comprises: an operation portion 140 which is provided in a side console 14 disposed at a lateral side of a seat 13 and which can be operated by a worker; and a switching portion 130 capable of switching the operation portion 140 between a usage state in which the operation portion 140 can be used and a non-usage state in which the operation portion 140 cannot be used.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
