GEAR SHIFT OPERATION MECHANISM AND WORK VEHICLE
The present invention aims at providing a gearshift mechanism in which operability of operation pedals for steplessly changing gears in both forward and reverse direction, and a vehicle with the gearshift mechanism. The gearshift mechanism 60 of the present invention includes a gearshift shaft 113 to which a pedal boss 112 is fitted that is located on the base end side of a pedal arm 111 of a forward pedal 60f, an intermediate link 117 that is connected to a pedal boss 115 that is located on the base end side of a pedal arm 114 of a reverse pedal 60b via a connection member 116, and a link shaft 119 to which a link boss 118 of the intermediate link 117 is fitted. The pedal boss 112 of the forward pedal 60f is fixed to the gearshift shaft 113 and the pedal boss 112 is unable to rotate relatively to the gearshift shaft 113, while a pedal boss 115 located on the right side of the pedal boss 112 is able to rotate relatively to the gearshift shaft 113.

The pedal boss 112 of the forward pedal 60f is fixed to the gearshift shaft 113 and the pedal boss 112 is unable to rotate relatively to the gearshift shaft 113, while a pedal boss 115 located on the right side of the pedal boss 112 is able to rotate relatively to the gearshift shaft 113.
