INSTANTANEOUS HEAT EXCHANGER AND SANITARY CLEANING DEVICE
To provide an instantaneous heat exchanger with high heat exchange rate which prevents a gap from occurring in an inside flow passage even in a case where an axial core member is arranged at a hollow part of a cylindrical heating body to form the inside flow passage, and a sanitary cleaning device.SOLUTION: An instantaneous heat exchanger that heats water to hot water, comprises: a cylindrical heating body having a hollow part; a case that covers the outer periphery of the heating body and forms an outer flow passage between itself and the outer peripheral surface of the heating body; and an axial core member that is provided in the hollow part of the heating body and forms an inner flow passage between itself the inner peripheral surface of the heating body, wherein the axial core member is positioned with respect to the heating body without being positioned by the case.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】円筒状の発熱体の中空部に軸芯部材を配置して内側流路を形成する場合にも、内側流路に隙間が発生することを抑制した熱交換率の高い瞬間式熱交換器及び衛生洗浄装置を提供する。【解決手段】水を加熱して温水とする瞬間式熱交換器であって、中空部を有する円筒状の発熱体と、前記発熱体の外周を覆い、前記発熱体の外周面との間に外側流路を形成するケースと、前記発熱体の前記中空部に設けられ、前記発熱体の内周面との間に内側流路を形成する軸芯部材と、を備え、前記軸芯部材は、前記ケースによって位置決めされることなく、前記発熱体に対して位置決めされることを特徴とする瞬間式熱交換器である。【選択図】図１
