DECK MATERIAL INSTALLATION METAL FITTING AND DECK MATERIAL FITTING STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enlarge an amount that may be absorbed of expansion and contraction of a deck material caused by a temperature change.SOLUTION: The following parts are processed integrally from a sheet of metallic plate: first and second rising surface parts 6, 7 formed by bending both edges of a bottom part 5 perpendicularly upward; first and second screw support parts 11, 12 that curve and protrude from the rising surface parts 6, 7; and first and second engaging parts 13, 15 formed by bending an upper edge of the rising surface parts 6, 7. Screws inserted between the screw support parts 11, 12 and into a screw insertion hole 8 formed on the bottom part 5 are screwed into a support material for the deck material and tightened, while inserting the engaging parts 13, 15 into a fitting groove formed on a side surface of the deck materials on both sides, to have a biting protrusion 14 formed at a tip part of the engaging parts 13, 15 bite into an undersurface of each of the fitting grooves, thus engaging the deck materials on both sides with the support material for the deck material. Expansion and contraction of the deck material may be absorbed, as a distance between the rising surface parts 6, 7 changes.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】温度変化によるデッキ材の伸縮の吸収可能量を大きくする。【解決手段】一枚の金属板から次の部分を一体に加工する。底部5の両端部から直角方向上向きに折り曲げられた第一および第二の立ち上がり面部6,7。立ち上がり面部6,7から湾曲突出する第一および第二のビス支持部11,12。立ち上がり面部6,7の上端部から折り曲げられた第一および第二の係止部13,15。そして、係止部13,15を両側のデッキ材の側面に設けられた取付溝に挿入した状態で、ビス支持部11,12間および底部5に設けられたビス挿通穴8に挿通したビスをデッキ材支持材にねじ込み、締め付けることにより係止部13,15の先端部の食い込み突起部14を各取付溝の下面に食い込ませ、両側のデッキ材をデッキ材支持材に係止する。立ち上がり面部6,7間の距離が変化することによりデッキ材の伸縮を吸収できる。【選択図】図1
