VERSATILE UNDERFLOOR VENTILATION HOLE DEVICE
To provide an underfloor ventilation hole and a building for installing an underfloor ventilation hole device basically in a cylinder shape at a foundation concrete part of an existing or new construction building easily and at a low cost, for being utilized for prevention of water immersion such as a flood, drainage, sterilization or drying during water immersion when necessary and further for being utilized for an opening from the outside an underfloor storage or pet bleeding.SOLUTION: An underfloor ventilation device is at a low price and in a simple structure composed of an underfloor ventilation hole body 3, an underfloor water immersion prevention member 4 and an outer periphery auxiliary member 5 for fixing, and it can be installed by an easy fitting work, allowing for underfloor storage by moving an underfloor water immersion member such as the underfloor water immersion prevention member 4 from the inside the underfloor ventilation hole body 3 to or out of the underfloor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】既存または新築の建物の基礎コンクリート部に円筒形を基盤とした床下換気孔装置を簡便かつ安価で設置し、洪水等の浸水防止、万一の浸水時の排水、消毒、乾燥等に活用でき、さらに、床下収納の外部からの出し入れ口、ペット飼育等に活用できる床下換気孔及び建物を提供する。【解決手段】床下換気孔本体３、床下浸水防止部材４、固定用外周補助部材５からなるシンプルな構造で、簡便な取付け工事にて設置できる安価な床下浸水防止装置であって、床下浸水防止部材４等の浸水防止部材を床下換気孔本体３内から床下へ出し入れして、床下保管を可能とする床下換気孔装置。【選択図】図３
