MOUNTING STRUCTURE OF BENCH-CUT CUTTER
To provide mounting structure of a bench-cut cutter, in which the bench-cut cutter can be detachably mounted to an outer periphery of a circle cutter firmly and rapidly.SOLUTION: In mounting structure used in an installation method of a manhole frame and for mounting a bench-cut cutter 2 locating a cutter bit 22 on a large diameter circumference than the prescribed diameter to an outer periphery of a cylindrical body of a circle cutter 1 having the cylindrical body provided with a cutter bit 12 on an opening end surface of a prescribed diameter opening, the mounting structure comprises a fixture 3 provided with a base plate 31, a plurality of fitting bolts 33 erected on one surface of the base plate 31 and being inserted respectively into plural fitting holes 13 disposed on the peripheral surface of the cylindrical body, and a holding part 32 disposed on the other surface of the base plate 31. The bench-cut cutter 2 is mounted on the circle cutter 1 by nuts screwed at the fitting bolts 33.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】段切りカッターを円切りカッターの外周に着脱可能で強固かつ速やに取り付けることが可能な段切りカッターの取付構造を提供する。【解決手段】マンホール枠の設置工法に使用され所定径の開口の開口端面にカッタービット12を備える円筒体を有する円切りカッター1の、上記円筒体の外周に、上記所定径よりも大きい径の円周上にカッタービット22が位置させられる段切りカッター2を取り付けるための取付構造であって、基板31と、当該基板31の一方の面に立設されて円筒体の周面に設けた複数の取付穴13内にそれぞれ挿入される複数の取付ボルト33と、基板31の他方の面に設けられた把持部32とを備えた取付具3を有し、取付ボルト33に螺合させられるナットによって段切りカッター2が円切りカッター1に取り付けられる。【選択図】 図3
