To provide a monitoring device, a monitoring system and a monitoring program that can immediately recognize variation of attitude of an object.SOLUTION: A monitoring device comprises: a device main body that is attached to an object; a measurement section that measures an acceleration value generated with external force applied to the device main body, in at least three axis directions; a control section that determines whether attitude of the object varies on the basis of the acceleration value measured by the measurement section and a prestored acceleration threshold value; and a transmission section that transmits variation information of the attitude of the object determined by the control section to an external device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
