To provide a ground improving material, cement milk and a ground improving method, that enables a stable high strength developability.SOLUTION: A ground improving material, which is a ground improving material comprising a ground improving admixture and a cement, and in which the ground improving admixture contains (A) an alkali metal carbonate, and (B) at least one or more selected from a naphthalene sulfonate-based high-performance water reducing agent, and polyacrylic acids, and the amount of chlorine contained in the ground improving material is 40 ppm or more and 200 ppm or less for the entire ground improving material, is provided.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】安定的に高い強度発現性が可能となる地盤改良用材料、セメントミルク、及び、地盤改良用方法を提供する。【解決手段】地盤改良用混和剤と、セメントとを含む地盤改良用材料であって、前記地盤改良用混和剤は、（Ａ）アルカリ金属炭酸塩と、（Ｂ）ナフタレンスルホン酸塩系高性能減水剤とポリアクリル酸類から選ばれる少なくとも１種以上とを含み、前記地盤改良用材料に含まれる塩素の量が、前記地盤改良用材料全体に対し、４０ｐｐｍ以上２００ｐｐｍ以下である、地盤改良用材料が提供される。【選択図】なし
