MORTAR UNFILLED VOLUME MEASURING DEVICE OF MORTAR FILLING TYPE REINFORCEMENT JOINT
To provide a mortar unfilled volume measuring device allowing easy measurement of a mortar unfilled space in a mortar filling type reinforcement joint at a construction site, allowing acquisition of a correct mortar amount needed to fill the mortar unfilled space, allowing sufficient exertion of performance of the mortar filling type reinforcement joint, and preventing contamination of a building surface due to leakage of the mortar outside the reinforcement joint caused by excessive mortar injection exceeding a volume of the mortar unfilled space.SOLUTION: The measuring device of a mortar unfilled volume inside a portable mortar filling type reinforcement joint has a pressure gage, a pressure vessel and a pump for feeding compressed air to the pressure vessel. An air hose is connected to the pressure vessel, and a plug body having an opening/closing valve and insertable and fixable to a mortar discharge port of the mortar filling type reinforcement joint is provided at a tip end of the air hose. 【課題】モルタル充填式鉄筋継手内部のモルタル未充填空間の容積を施工現場で簡易に測定できるようにし、モルタル未充填空間を充たすのに必要なモルタル量を正確に求めることができるようし、モルタル充填式鉄筋継手の性能が十分に発揮できるようにすると共に、モルタル未充填空間の容積を超える過剰なモルタルの注入によってモルタルが鉄筋継手外部に溢れだして構築物表面を汚染することがないようにする。【解決手段】圧力計と圧力容器及び圧力容器に圧力空気を供給するポンプを具備し、エアホースが圧力容器に接続され、エアホース先端に開閉弁を有しモルタル充填式鉄筋継手のモルタル排出口に挿入固定可能な栓体が設けてあり、この栓体を貫通して空気噴出装置が設けてある携帯型モルタル充填式鉄筋継手内部のモルタル未充填容積の測定装置。【選択図】図１
