PLUG BODY FOR DISCHARGE PORT OF MORTAR FILLING TYPE REINFORCEMENT JOINT
To provide a plug body 1 to be inserted into a discharge port of a mortar filling type reinforcement joint in which it is possible to detect completion of mortar injection without providing a through hole provided to confirm that mortar injected and filled into a joint reaches the discharge port.SOLUTION: Instead of providing a through hole in the center of a plug body provided to confirm that injected mortar reaches a discharge port, a plurality of grooves with an appropriate cross-sectional shape (for example, a triangle) is provided on a slope of the solid truncated cone-shaped plug body across the entire length of the slope. Air, water, and muddy water preceding the mortar are discharged to the outside through the grooves, and filling of the mortar is confirmed by confirming the moisture leaking out from the plug body, to stop mortar injection. A pressure receiving plate, a stopper, etc. conventional plug bodies have are eliminated. Reduction of a mortar injection work time, improvement of construction efficiency, and cost reduction of a mortar filling type reinforcement joint are achieved by preventing mortar clogging and eliminating the need to clean the plug body to facilitate reuse of the plug body.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】モルタル充填式鉄筋継手の排出口に挿入する栓体1であって、継手内に注入充填されたモルタルが排出口に到達したことを確認するために設けてあった貫通穴を設けることなくモルタル注入完了を検知可能とする。【解決手段】注入モルタルが排出口に到達したことを確認するために設けてあった栓体の中央の貫通穴を設けず、中実な円錐台の栓体の斜面に適宜の断面形状(例えば三角形)の溝を斜面の全長に複数設け、この溝を通じてモルタルに先行する空気と水と泥水を外部に排出するようにし、栓体から漏れ出る水分を確認することによってモルタルの充填を確認してモルタル注入を停止する。従来の栓体が有していた受圧板、ストッパー等を不要とした。モルタルが詰まることをなくし、栓体の清掃作業を不要として栓体再利用を容易にし、モルタル充填式鉄筋継手のモルタル注入作業時間の短縮、施工効率の向上及びコスト削減を達成した。【選択図】図1
