To provide a technology related to an entrance/exit management system capable of reducing a system installation burden by a system administrator.SOLUTION: An entrance/exit management system includes an entrance/exit management device, a portable terminal, and a server. The entrance/exit management device includes: an information medium having door identification information for identifying a door provided at an entrance/exit; a management device acquisition unit for acquiring key information used for unlocking an electric lock locking the door from the portable terminal; and a management device control unit for unlocking the electric lock using the key information. The portable terminal includes a terminal acquisition unit for acquiring door identification information from the information medium and a portable terminal control unit. The portable terminal control unit supplies an authentication request including door identification information and user identification information for identifying a user of the portable terminal to the server, and acquires the key information from the server after the authentication request is supplied to the server.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
