OPEN SHIELD MACHINE
To provide an open shield machine allowing arrangement of guard fence equipment and base boards to be removed when upper members are added, liner plates are installed on the shield machine, and upper stages are stuck in a case a guard fence with the base boards is required to be installed to prevent material on the ground from falling down to an opening of the shield machine on a generally smooth upper surface of the shield machine.SOLUTION: An L-shaped angle member comprising a lateral wall extending in a horizontal direction and a vertical wall in a vertical direction from one end of the lateral wall is used as a raising member for installation of liner plates, capable of being detachably attached on upper ends of right and left wall plates of the open shield machine with bolt and nuts, or by welding. A sheath pipe for a hand rail or to secure the hand rail is secured on the raising member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】標準的に平滑であるシールド機部材上面に地上物がシールド機開口に転落しないように、幅木を有した防護柵設備を設置する必要がある場合に、幅木、防護柵を上段部材追加時、シールド機上覆工板設置時、上段積み重ね時については撤去可能なものとして設けることができるオープンシールド機を提供する。【解決手段】水平方向に延びる横壁と横壁の一端から垂直方向へ延びる縦壁とを有するＬ型構造のアングル材を覆工板設置用の嵩上げ部材として、ボルト・ナットまたは溶接によりオープンシールド機の左右の側壁板の上端に取り外し可能で取付け、前記嵩上げ部材には手摺または手摺固定用のさや管を固定する。【選択図】図１
