OPEN SHIELD MACHINE
To provide an open shield machine that can be installed as removable when a baseboard and a protective fence are added to an upper member, a shield machine upper lining plate is installed, and an upper part is stacked in the case where it is necessary to install a protective fence with baseboards on the top surface of a shield machine member, which is normally smooth, in order to prevent objects on the ground from falling into a shield machine opening.SOLUTION: A horizontal wall is superimposed on a flange as a bulking member for installing a lining plate, which is an L-shaped structural angle material having a horizontal wall extending horizontally and a vertical wall extending vertically from one end of the horizontal wall, and is removably attached by bolts and nuts or welding. The L-shaped angle material having a horizontal wall extending horizontally and a vertical wall extending vertically from one end of the horizontal wall is used as a bulking member for installing a lining plate, and is removably attached to the upper end of right and left side wall plates by bolts and nuts or welding. A handrail fixation sheath is attached to the vertical wall of the bulking member at a position that does not interfere with the installation of the lining plate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】標準的に平滑であるシールド機部材上面に地上物がシールド機開口に転落しないように、幅木を有した防護柵設備を設置する必要がある場合に、幅木、防護柵を上段部材追加時、シールド機上覆工板設置時、上段積み重ね時については撤去可能なものとして設けることができるオープンシールド機を提供する。【解決手段】水平方向に延びる横壁と横壁の一端から垂直方向へ延びる縦壁とを有するＬ型構造のアングル材を覆工板設置用の嵩上げ部材として前記フランジに横壁を重ねて、ボルト・ナットまたは溶接により取り外し可能で取付け、水平方向に延びる横壁と横壁の一端から垂直方向へ延びる縦壁とを有するＬ型構造のアングル材を覆工板設置用の嵩上げ部材として、ボルト・ナットまたは溶接により左右の側壁板の上端に取り外し可能で取付け、前記嵩上げ部材の縦壁に手摺固定用のさや管を覆工板設置の邪魔にならない位置に取り付けた。【選択図】図１
