To provide a decorative sheet which achieves both high incombustible performance and has designability, and is lightweight, a building interior material, and a method for producing a decorative sheet.SOLUTION: A decorative sheet has a coloring sheet and a substrate, in which the coloring sheet has a pattern layer on a transparent vinyl chloride-based resin sheet and has a coloring solid printing layer on the pattern layer, the substrate has a layer composed of a glass fiber, the coloring solid printing layer of the coloring sheet and the layer composed of the glass fiber of the substrate are bonded to each other through an adhesive layer, and a coloring vinyl chloride-based resin sheet is provided on a surface side opposite to a surface side bonded to the coloring solid printing layer in the layer composed of the glass fiber.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
