To provide a decorative sheet which achieves both high incombustible performance and has designability, and is lightweight, a building interior material, and a method for producing a decorative sheet.SOLUTION: A decorative sheet has a coloring sheet and a substrate, in which the coloring sheet has a pattern layer on a transparent vinyl chloride-based resin sheet, the substrate has a layer composed of a glass fiber, the pattern layer of the coloring sheet and the layer composed of the glass fiber of the substrate are bonded to each other through a coloring adhesive layer, and a coloring vinyl chloride-based resin sheet is provided on a surface side opposite to a surface side bonded to the pattern layer in the layer composed of the glass fiber.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
