REHABILITATION METHOD OF EXISTING PIPE
To form a rehabilitated pipe in a uniform cross-sectional shape, and suppress the flow obstruction while preventing the rehabilitated pipe from rising when filling a backfill material.SOLUTION: A rehabilitated pipe 3 is constructed on the inner circumference of an existing pipe 1. A nut 11 and a female screw hole 12c are provided on the upper half of the rehabilitated pipe 3. A shaft member 20 with a male screw 21 is screwed into the female screw hole 12c and abutted against the upper half of the existing pipe 1. After that, a backfill material 4 is filled in the inter-pipe gap 1d between the existing pipe 1 and the rehabilitated pipe 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】更生管を一定の断面形状に形成でき、かつ流水阻害を抑えるとともに裏込め材充填時における更生管の浮き上がりを防止する。【解決手段】既設管1の内周に更生管3を構築する。更生管3の上半部にナット11ひいては雌ネジ孔12cを設ける。雄ネジ21付きの軸部材20を、雌ネジ孔12cにねじ込んで既設管1の上半部に突き当てる。その後、既設管1と更生管3との間の管間隙間1dに裏込め材4を充填する。【選択図】図1
