To provide a sash frame installation structure which is excellent in interior design in a structure for installing a sash frame in an opening formed in an outer wall part of a building.SOLUTION: In an opening 14 formed in an outer wall part 12 of a building 10, a joist 24 extends along a lower end of the opening 14. On the joist 24, an outdoor side end 26A of a floor base material 26 and a sash frame extension fixing part 40 of a sash frame 30 arranged on an outdoor side of the outdoor side end 26A are fixed. At an upper side of the building of the sash frame extension fixing part 40, a parting part of the parting material 44 is arranged. On the building lower side of a parting part 46, an outer end part 28A of the floor material 28 is arranged. The outer end part 28 of the floor material 28 is projected to the outdoor side from the outdoor side end 26A of the floor base material 26.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】建物の外壁部に形成された開口部にサッシ枠を設置する構造において、屋内側の意匠性に優れるサッシ枠の設置構造を得る。【解決手段】建物１０の外壁部１２に形成された開口部１４には、開口部１４の下端部に沿って根太２４が延在されている。根太２４の上には、床下地材２６の屋外側端部２６Ａと、当該屋外側端部２６Ａの屋外側に配置されたサッシ枠３０のサッシ枠延長固定部４０が固定されている。サッシ枠延長固定部４０の建物上方側には、見切り材４４の見切り部が配置されている。この見切り部４６の建物下方側には、床材２８の外端部２８Ａが配置されている。床材２８の外端部２８Ａは、床下地材２６の屋外側端部２６Ａよりも屋外側に突出している。【選択図】図２
