PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce cost for installing a sash.SOLUTION: An attachment connected to a fin that is formed across whole circumference is installed between an outer wall part and an existing sash frame. When the existing sash frame is removed from a fitting frame 30 and a new sash frame 42 is fitted, a fin 54 formed on the sash frame is fastened to a wall part 32D of a head jamb 32 and a fin 62 is fastened to a wall part 34D of a sill 34. An attachment 70 having the same shape and size as the existing attachment is disposed between the sash frame and an outer wall panel 16. A water stop member 104 is disposed across the whole circumference of the sash frame between the attachment and the fin of the sash frame. Fastening the attachment to the fitting frame compresses the water stop member and improves waterproofness.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】サッシを取り付けるためのコストの低減を図る。【解決手段】全周に渡って形成されたフィンに連結されたアタッチメントが外壁部との間に介在された既設のサッシ枠を取付枠３０から取り外して、新設のサッシ枠４２を取り付ける。この時、サッシ枠に形成されているフィン５４を上枠３２の壁部３２Ｄに締結し、フィン６２を下枠３４の壁部３４Ｄに締結する。また、既設のアタッチメントと同じ形状及びサイズのアタッチメント７０をサッシ枠と外壁パネル１６との間に配置し、アタッチメントとサッシ枠のフィンとの間に、サッシ枠の全周に渡って止水部材１０４を配置する。アタッチメントを取付枠に締結して取り付けることで、止水部材を圧縮して防水性の向上を図る。【選択図】図１
