MANUFACTURING METHOD OF BUILDING STRUCTURE CONCRETE USING SHIRASU FINE AGGREGATE
To provide a manufacturing method of building structure concrete that uses shirasu fine aggregate, has good self-filling property, and is excellent in long term durability.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of building structure concrete comprises a first step of adjusting collected shirasu to water content of 13% or less, a second step of passing the shirasu with water content of 13% or less obtained in the first step through a sieve of an opening 5 mm to get shirasu fine aggregate containing at least 10% of fine particles of an average particle diameter of 0.15 mm or less, and a third step of mixing the shirasu fine aggregate obtained in the second step with cement, water, and a chemical admixture to get concrete.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】シラス細骨材を用い、良好な自己充填性をもち、また、長期の耐久性に優れた、建築構造用コンクリートの製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】採取したシラスを含水率13%以下に調整する第1工程と、第1工程で得られた含水率13%以下のシラスを目開き5mmのふるいに通過させ、平均粒径0.15mm以下の微粒分を少なくとも10%含む、シラス細骨材を得る第2工程と、第2工程で得られたシラス細骨材を、セメント、水、混和剤と混合してコンクリートを得る第3工程を備える構成とする。【選択図】図1
