METHOD OF PRODUCING CONCRETE USING SHIRASU FINE AGGREGATE, AND METHOD OF PRODUCING FINE AGGREGATE FOR USE IN CONCRETE
To provide a method of producing concrete, capable of substantially reducing the amount of waste and improving the property of concrete at the same time, upon using shirasu as fine aggregate of concrete.SOLUTION: The method of producing concrete using shirasu as fine aggregate, comprises a shirasu collection step of collecting shirasu containing pumice of a particle diameter of 5 mm or larger from a deposit of shirasu, a sizing step of crushing and grinding collected shirasu together with pumice of a particle diameter of 5 mm or larger to obtain sized shirasu particles of a particle diameter of smaller than 5 mm, a sieving step of allowing shirasu containing shirasu particles obtained in the sizing step to pass through a sieve of an opening of 5 mm to obtain shirasu fine aggregate, and a mixing step of mixing the obtained shirasu fine aggregate with cement, water and an additive to obtain concrete.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】シラスをコンクリートの細骨材に用いるにあたり廃棄物の大幅削減を図れ、同時にコンクリート性能の向上を図れる、コンクリートの製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】シラス堆積物から粒径5mm以上の軽石を含むシラスを採取するシラス採取工程と、採取されたシラスを粒径5mm以上の軽石と一緒に粉砕および磨り潰して粒径5mm未満の整粒されたシラス粒状体を得る整粒工程と、整粒工程で得られたシラス粒状体を含むシラスを目開き5mmの篩に通過させ、シラス細骨材を得る篩分け工程と、得られたシラス細骨材を、セメント、水、混和剤と混合してコンクリートを得る混合工程を備える構成とする。【選択図】図1
