DIAMETER EXPANSION AMOUNT CONTROLLING DEVICE, DIAMETER EXPANSION AMOUNT CONTROLLING SYSTEM AND DIAMETER EXPANSION AMOUNT CONTROLLING METHOD
To provide a diameter expansion amount controlling device, a diameter expansion amount controlling system and a diameter expansion amount controlling method capable of accurately controlling the dimeter expansion amount of an expandable blade of a mechanical expandable bucket.SOLUTION: A diameter expansion amount controlling device is applied when forming a pile hole for a diameter expansion part by a pile hole excavator for the diameter expansion part, and has wire 210, a motor 212 automatically taking up the wire 210 and a measuring device 220 measuring a delivering amount of the wire 210 related to the expansion amount of an expandable blade. One end of the wire 210 is attached to a shaft body forming a mechanical expandable bucket, and the wire 210 is delivered when the expandable blade opens by sliding of the shaft body. When the one end of the wire 210 is removed from the shaft body, the wire 210 is automatically taken up by the motor 212.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
