BURYING METHOD OF EXITING PILE, AND FOUNDATION PILE USING EXISTING PILE
To provide a burying method of an existing pile excavating a pile hole with a larger diameter without causing enlargement of a pile driver, and to provide a foundation pile using an existing pile.SOLUTION: A burying method of an existing pile comprises: a pile hole excavating step of excavating a pile hole using a pile driver comprising a leader having a guide pipe, an auger motor attached to the guide pipe movably in a vertical direction, and an auger drill connected with the auger motor; a solidification material injection step of injecting a solidification material into the pile hole; and a burying step of burying the existing pile in the pile hole after the solidification material injection step. The auger drill includes an enlarging excavation head capable of carrying out enlarging excavation. In the pile hole excavating step, the enlarging excavation is carried out from an inlet of the pile hole to a bottom portion of the pile hole using the enlarging excavation head.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】杭打ち機の大型化を招くことなく、より大径の杭穴を掘削する既製杭の埋設方法、及び既製杭を用いた基礎杭を提供することにある。【解決手段】既製杭の埋設方法は、ガイドパイプを有するリーダ、ガイドパイプに上下動可能に取り付けられたオーガモータ、及びオーガモータに連結されたオーガドリルを具備する杭打ち機を用いて杭穴を掘削する杭穴掘削工程と、杭穴に固化材を注入する固化材注入工程と、固化材注入工程後に杭穴内に既製杭を埋設する埋設工程と、を備え、オーガドリルは、拡大掘削可能な拡大掘削ヘッドを有し、杭穴掘削工程において、杭穴の入口から杭穴の底部まで、拡大掘削ヘッドを用いて拡大掘削を行う。【選択図】図1
