To provide a ceiling panel of which the constructability can be improved, and ceiling structure using the same.SOLUTION: A ceiling panel 1 is provided that is fixed to ceiling joists 2, 2 which have long shape extending in a first direction and are spaced in parallel in a second direction orthogonal to the first direction, the ceiling panel 1 comprises: a square flat panel body 10; a reinforcement portion 20 which is provided in a first end 6 in a first direction, of the panel body and extends in a second direction, and has both ends in the second direction, both of the ends being fixed to the ceiling joists by using a fastener; and a hook portion 16 which is provided in a second end 7 in the first direction, of the panel body, and is hooked to the reinforcement portion of a ceiling panel adjacent in the first direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
