To provide a ceiling panel of which the constructability can be improved and furthermore which can be stably fixed, and ceiling structure using the same.SOLUTION: A ceiling panel 1 is provided that is fixed to ceiling joists 2,2 which have long shape extending in a first direction and are spaced in parallel in a second direction orthogonal to the first direction, the ceiling panel 1 comprises: a square flat-panel body 10; a first reinforcement portion 15 which extends in a second direction, is provided in a first end 5 in the first direction, of the panel body, and has both ends in the second direction, both of the ends being fixed to the ceiling joists using a fastener 4; and a second reinforcement portion 16 which is provided in a second end 6 in the first direction, of the panel body, extends in the second direction and has both ends in the second direction, which are fixed to the ceiling joist by the fastener.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
