To provide a notification system, a management system, a notification method, and a program which are more effective in preventing theft.SOLUTION: A notification system includes: a position information acquiring part for acquiring first position information including one or more of relative positions of a plurality of moving bodies, information indicating displacement of the relative positions, or positional information for deriving the relative positions; an authentication part for performing authentication relating to use of one or more moving bodies among the plurality of moving bodies; and a control part for transmitting notification information to a terminal device associated with the moving body by using a communication part, in a state in which the authentication relating to the use of the moving body at which at least the relative position among the plurality of moving bodies is displaced has not performed by the authentication part, if the relative position of the plurality of moving bodies is displaced.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
