To provide a panel also serving as a formwork which can easily form a panel also serving as a formwork by layering a sheath material and a heat insulating material, and can be used as the sheath material as it is without requiring finishing after concrete casting, and a construction structure of a concrete wall body.SOLUTION: A panel 1 also serving as a formwork is composed of a sheath material 2 and a heat insulating material 3, in which the sheath material 2 includes a plate-like face plate part 21, a connection part 22 provided on any one end of the right and left ends of the face plate part 21, and a connection receiving part 23 provided on the other end thereof, the connection part 22 has an overlapping piece 221 bent to the front side and the end side, the connection receiving part 23 has an overlapped piece 231 extending to the end side, the overlapping piece 221 is overlapped with the overlapped piece 231 formed in the connection receiving part 23 of the sheath material 2 horizontally adjacent across a space part 24 to form a fixing part 25 that has a thread part (4A) in the space part 24, and a rod-like member 6A penetrating through the heat insulating material 3 overlapped along the rear face side of the face plate part 21 is threadedly engaged with the tread part (4A) of the fixing part 25.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】容易に外装材と断熱材とを積層させて型枠兼用パネルを作成でき、コンクリート打設後の仕上げを必要とすることなく、そのまま外装材として用いることができる型枠兼用パネル、及びコンクリート壁体の構築構造を提供する。【解決手段】型枠兼用パネル１は、外装材２と断熱材３とからなり、外装材２は、平板状の面板部２１と面板部２１の左右の何れか一方端に設けた連結部２２と他方端に設けた連結受部２３とを備え、連結部２２は、前方側へ、更に端側へ折曲された重合片２２１を有し、連結受部２３は、端側へ延在する被重合片２３１を有し、重合片２２１は、空間部２４を挟んで左右に隣接する外装材２の連結受部２３に形成した被重合片２３１に重合され空間部２４に螺子部（４Ａ）を有する定着部２５が形成されると共に、面板部２１の裏面側に沿うように重合される断熱材３を貫く棒状部材６Ａが定着部２５の螺子部（４Ａ）に螺合される。【選択図】図１
