To provide a forming member of a wall body with a formwork capable of effectively coping with application of a driftage such as an ice board, to a coast steel structure installed in an extremely cold region.SOLUTION: A forming member of a wall body with a formwork which forms a wall body with a formwork installed in a boundary partitioning a front face side and a rear face side comprises: a wall body forming member 12; a formwork 14 which is attached to at least a part in a longer direction of the front face side of the wall body forming member and which includes a front face plate and a pair of side face plates disposed at both edge portions or its vicinity; and a space formed by the wall body forming member and the formwork. The front face plate of the formwork is sloped so that the upper end portion protrudes to the front face side of a lower end portion in the entire length in the longitudinal direction or a predetermined length from the upper end of the longitudinal direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
