A community gate machine 20 is set on the wall on the left side in the direction from the porch 14 to the automatically locked door 60, an intercom 30 is set on the wall on the right side in the direction from the porch 14 to the automatic locking door 60, and a delivery notice post 40 is set in a wall surface of a bicycle place 15 and in a backward position in the direction from the porch 14 to the entrance 12, the wall surface of the bicycle place being a place which a person can easily see when the person is standing in front of the intercom 30 and turns back.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
