CONTROL DEVICE FOR GRIPPING TYPE EXCAVATION POSTING VEHICLE
To provide a control device for a gripping type excavation posting vehicle which can change the attitude of a columnar object gripped by a gripping part to a desired vertical attitude without requiring skilled operation skill of an operator.SOLUTION: A gripping type excavation posting vehicle includes a boom provided on a vehicle body, a gripping part for gripping a columnar object, a support mechanism for changing the attitude of the gripping part to the tip of the boom, a gripping part inclination angle detector 124 for detecting the inclination angle to the horizontal plane of the gripping part, and an operation control part 102 for controlling operations of the boom, the gripping part and the support mechanism according to the operation of an operation device 31, wherein when an automatic vertical switch 34 of the operation device 31 is operated, the operation control part 102 operates the support mechanism according to the inclination angle to the horizontal plane of the gripping part detected by the gripping part inclination angle detector 124 and changes the attitude of the gripping part, and thereby performs such control as to make the columnar object gripped by the gripping part in a vertical attitude.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11
【課題】作業者の熟練した操作技能を要することなく把持部に把持された柱状物を所望の垂直姿勢に変更することのできる把持式穴掘建柱車の制御装置を提供する。【解決手段】把持式穴掘建柱車は、車体上に設けられたブームと、柱状物を把持する把持部と、ブームの先端部に対する把持部の姿勢を変化させる支持機構と、把持部の水平面に対する傾斜角度を検出する把持部傾斜角度検出器124と、操作装置31の操作に応じてブーム、把持部および支持機構の作動を制御する作動制御部102とを備え、作動制御部102は操作装置31の自動垂直スイッチ34が操作された場合に、把持部傾斜角度検出器124において検出される把持部の水平面に対する傾斜角度に応じて支持機構を作動させて把持部の姿勢を変化させることで、把持部に把持された柱状物を垂直姿勢にする制御を行う。【選択図】図11
