METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING COATED BUILDING MATERIAL AND OBTAINED COATED BUILDING MATERIAL
To provide a method for manufacturing a coated building material which is excellent in resistance against Sellotape(R) on the surface of a coated building material and in stain resistance, and a coated building material obtained by the manufacturing method.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a coated building material having an active energy ray-curable film on a base material includes: a step (1) of coating an acryl (meth)acrylate resin having a double bond equivalent of 100-750 g/mol and a weight average molecular weight of 10,000-100,000, a compound having an acryloyl group and a siloxane skeleton and/or a compound having a fluoroalkyl group, and a coating composition containing silica onto a base material to prepare a coated film of the coating composition; and a step (2) of irradiating the coated film obtained in the step (1) with active energy rays of 80-500 mJ/cm2 in gas atmosphere with oxygen concentration of less than 8% at least once.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】本発明の課題は、塗装建材表面の耐セロテープ(登録商標)性、及び耐汚染性に優れる塗装建材の製造方法、及び該製造方法から得られた塗装建材を提供することにある。【解決手段】基材上に、活性エネルギー線硬化型皮膜を有する塗装建材の製造方法であって、基材上に、二重結合当量が100〜750g/mol、重量平均分子量が10,000〜100,000のアクリル(メタ)アクリレート樹脂、アクリロイル基とシロキサン骨格を有する化合物及び/又はフルオロアルキル基を有する化合物、及びシリカを含有するコーティング組成物を塗装しコーティング組成物の塗膜を作製する工程(1)と、前記工程(1)で得た塗膜に、酸素濃度8%未満のガス雰囲気下で、80〜500mJ/cm2の活性エネルギー線を少なくとも1回照射する工程(2)とを有することを特長とする塗装建材の製造方法。【選択図】なし
