FIREPROOF NATURAL WOOD INTERIOR BUILDING MATERIAL
To provide a fireproof natural wood interior building material in which a low-added-value wood is used for effectively utilizing forest resources and fireproof performance and beauty are satisfied, and a manufacturing method thereof.SOLUTION: This material comprises: a base material 1 using a low-added-value wood; a fireproof sheet 2 comprising inorganic paper sheets 4 stuck on a surface of the base material 1; and a natural wood decorative sheet 3 stuck on a surface of the fireproof sheet 2. The fireproof sheet 2 is provided by adhering the plurality of layers of inorganic paper sheets 4 with flame-retardant adhesive. Since the inorganic paper sheets 4 constituting the fireproof sheet 2 fill the irregularities made of knots and black stripes which the base material 1 has, and smooth the surface of the base material 1, the material in this invention can be utilized as an interior building material even when the low-added-value wood is used for the base material 1. Further, since the fireproof performance is imparted by the flame retardancy of the inorganic paper sheets 4, an impregnation process of flame-retardant agent to the base material 1 can be omitted, and production cost can be reduced.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】森林資源を有効活用するため低付加価値木材を用いた防火性能と美麗さを満足する防火天然木内装建材およびその製法を提供する【解決手段】低付加価値木材を用いた基材１と、基材１の表面に貼付された無機系紙４からなる防火シート２と、防火シート２の表面に貼付した天然木化粧シート３からなる。防火シート２は、複数層の無機系紙４を難燃性接着剤で接着したものである。防火シート２を構成する無機系紙４が基材１が有する節や黒筋からなる凹凸を埋めて基材１の表面を平滑にするので、低付加価値木材を基材１に用いても内装建材として利用できる。また、無機系紙４のもつ難燃性により防火性能を付与できるので、基材１への難燃性薬剤の含浸工程を省略でき、製品価値を低廉にできる。【選択図】図１
