POST-CONSTRUCTION ANCHOR AND POST-CONSTRUCTION ANCHOR BUSHING
To provide a post-construction anchor which is able to sufficiently retain anchor force without falling through, even when external load in a bending direction or a twisting direction is applied to a bolt attached to an anchor in a concrete casting state.SOLUTION: A post-construction anchor comprises: an anchor cylinder body 2 having an expansion part 21 on a tip part of a cylinder; an anchor cone 3 to be interpolated to the tip part of the cylinder in the anchor cylinder body; an anchor bolt 4 coupled with a base part of the anchor cone 3; and a post-construction anchor bushing 1 screwed by a prescribed torque, and disposed on the vicinity of a hole opening part within a pilot hole. Driving the anchor cylinder body 2 expands and deforms the expansion part 21 by being pressed with force from the inner side led by the anchor cone 3, and in an engaged state being anchored to the pilot hole, the post-construction anchor bushing causes at least either the anchor cylinder body or the anchor bolt to generate axis force.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】打設状態でアンカーに取り付けたボルトに曲げ方向又はねじり方向の外部負荷がかかった場合でも、アンカー力を十分に保ち続け、抜け落ちることのない後施工アンカーを提供する。【解決手段】拡開部21を筒体の先部に有したアンカー筒体2と、アンカー筒体の筒体の先部に内挿されるアンカーコーン3と、アンカーコーン3の基部に連結されたアンカーボルト4と、所定のトルクで螺子止めされ、下穴内の穴口部付近に配置される後施工アンカー用ブッシュ1とを備える。アンカー筒体2が打ち込まれることで、前記拡開部21がアンカーコーン3に内側から押圧されて拡開変形し、下穴にアンカリングした係止状態において、前記後施工アンカー用ブッシュによってアンカー筒体又はアンカーボルトの少なくともいずれかに軸力を発生させる。【選択図】図3
